My boyfriend got me a horse last weekend i was so suprised and he is paying for the bored where we keep it and for feed im so lucky. The horse is an ex racer so hes a thoughbred (tb) hes 10yrs old so still a youngin im not shore how tall he is though but hes a fair bit taller than me lol. hes a bit scraggy he wasn't treated that well where he was kept hes very skinny and doesn't have much muscle on him but hes still cute and hes getting better hes got a lot of his energy back now so thats good except that when i relise him into the paddock he goes mentle and tries to kick but oh well.

well tafe is finished now I'm working so I have to get up at 3:30am to get to where I work in time to start at 5:30 I no 3:30 seems a bit early to get up to start at 5:30 but i have to drive an hour or more to get to work every morning so you no. but I'm working in a racing stable so its worth the early mornings and I'm finished work at 9:30 so its not that bad. I've already had a horse slam my wrist into a corner of a brick wall tryin to get away cos something scared it. but oh well i like it there its good every1 is really nice and the horses are friendly so that makes to even better.

This is for the memory of my extreemly close mate sam......he died 24th of April 2008....a stupid car hit him n put him on life support his mum took him off on 24th so been a very sad couple of days for me :'(

ok I no I've written a blog b4 about Tafe but just an update we have started riding and we now have 15 horses in the stable some for the track riders to train on and some for us that are doing cert 1 & 2 to ride in the arena......we ride for about 2 hours everyday rain or shine. I'm pretty much always riding my baby boy called Bogey hes such a nice horse to ride but the other day i rode a ex-racer called Ferdie he is very high strung and decided to freak out on me but i stayed in the saddle i didn't fall off yay lol.......the weird thing is Ferdie is an old guy he has arthritis in him back legs it isn't bad other wise we wouldn't be riding him.....This week sometime I am meant to start to be trained in a track saddle n for those of you that don't no what that is it's the saddle thats on the raced horses while there being raced its called a track saddle....but anyway there are fairly different to ride in than a normal general purpose saddle so keep your fingers crossed for me that I don't fall off with the track saddle lol.

Hes an amazing horse rider I've met him before at the Adelaide International 3 day event and I was like omg it's really him I couldn't believe it.
His work he does is amazing what hes gone through and survived is just jaw dropping.....And speaking of jaw he helped make the movie Jaws...Ok Rodney Fox is a shark conservationist so I suggest if you haven't herd of him google him he is an amazing person!!!!
