      My advice is limited with that much information I know your not crazy because I hear some one I do not have a relation to how ever if you can tell me what they are yelling to you or the sound of their screaming I might be able to give you a little more advice then this...And here is my advice....If it is a twin sister and a brother that has died not to long ago then they want to make contact with you if you can't understand what they are saying then try and relax block all your surrounding sounds and focus on their voice...That's all the advice I can give you at the moment.
