      read your comment that you saw that i stopped smoking i've fallen off the wagon. lol. stress my cat was killed and i'm a vault cashier at the local casino so that spells stress. i will quit again. at least i'm not smoking as much as i was. i went to my local vitamin store and bought something called stop-it smoking. it really did help for 2 weeks. it's an anti craving lozenges and detox tablets. i plan on getting back to it this week. good luck and just always remember if you believe you can do than you can. have a very blessed day and welocme to the club. i also have trouble with pics. it takes some time on this site.
