  QUICK CALL 9 1 1 ... I HAVE FALLEN AND I CAN' T GET UP !!! Actually Criss challenged me to a duel and I popped his ass with one karate kick and a hard left hook ! POOR BABY !!!

  

  I have had to work this weekend so I will be back chatting more. I have tons of pics to help all my peeps smile when they come on...so I will keep trying to make all of ya chuckle. We all need it these days !!!!

  My blood pressure and sugars have gone down but my cholesterol is horrible and I have to go on a med for that. I cheated and had like 4 of those little Butterfinger bars like the ones you get at Halloween. I was stressed at work and had to ! I am eating much slower now and I actually get full pretty fast. And most food nauseates me lately. How have you been. I SOO miss ya...Get better and I am off Monday and Tuesday so I will be able to chat more...LUV YA SIS !!! Jess

  You better get better chica ! I saw trips to Vegas as low as 59 dollars. Can you imagine that ? I think that was round trip and the Luxor is offering some special as well where you get Believe tickets at a SHARP discount. Not the good seats though! I am doing well with my TaBoe. Doing up to 3 - 4 days of Cardio/Fat Burning Accelerator/Scultping. I lost 2 pounds since last week and I lost 4 pounds last month. Starting to get some curves, and Muscles on my arms/biceps...wonder how much I can do to this old body. My stomach and ass..that will take a LONG time.
